“I wanted to get an uncommon red wine, reserved for great occasions. It remains at least 6 months in barriques of second and even third passage; the micro-oxygenation that is created in barriques leads to a complete evolution of all its aromas. To taste it is a full, structured, spicy wine, but at the same time it retains a special freshness. “
