Dark ruby red almost impenetrable. The nose reveals deep and engaging scents of red fruit jam, cherry, licorice, cocoa and vanilla. In the mouth it is structured and pleasant, characterized by soft and enveloping tannins. Warm, balanced, meaty, with a finish of great persistence.

I tried to give a personality to this grape variety, known primarily for assemblies, but that – in my opinion – could give a taste, a body, an own flavor.
