Pinot Grigio

SATRES is the Etruscan God of Time. It’s just the time of maceration with its skins to give this wine its peculiar characteristics. It is born by a particular winemaking: the grape must remains 24/48-hours in contact with the skins and enriches the wine of a very special orange color. The scent is intense, fruity, and to the taste it turns out to be a full, complex, almost “fat” wine.

Winemaker's review

“A rich smell of pear Williams, light almond and cumin; beautiful and intense floral note with yellow flowers. Mouth with austere and tasty attachment, very youthful acidity with a pink salt note. Finish of rare composure and complexity.  A true pearl of the company among the whites … .”
